Job summary

MAC Trailer Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant maintenance department. You will direct direct reports to ensure equipment operates effectively and is properly maintained to meet production needs.

You will also manage inventory of shop and welding supplies and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and facilities upkeep. The role requires leadership, strong maintenance experience, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or training in maintenance related field.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment inventory with service records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and updates to equipment.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and manage budget for controllable expenses.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are maintained in good order.
• Directly supervise various employees in the Maintenance Department.
