You will direct maintenance activities, supervise staff, and ensure equipment uptime and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include managing inventory, preventive maintenance, and coordination with operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment inventory with service records.
• Perform timely preventive maintenance and updates to equipment as needed.
• Work with operations and safety teams to meet safety standards.
• Maintain and manage shop supplies, tools, and parts to support production.
• Directly supervise Maintenance Department staff and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are well maintained and safe.

Education

5+ years of experience or training in maintenance related field

2+ years of management experience
