MAC Trailer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Haslet, TX to lead the plant maintenance department and ensure equipment operates efficiently to meet production targets.

You will supervise staff, maintain accurate service records, and oversee preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and the upkeep of facilities. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on repair skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment inventory and service records
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs promptly
• Coordinate with operations and safety teams to meet safety standards
• Manage budget for controllable expenses and ensure inventory levels are adequate
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and train new personnel
• Ensure buildings and grounds are well maintained and safe
