Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of lead maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements for maintenance and safety compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read technical documents and diagrams (blueprints, schematics).
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly maintenance personnel and schedules work.
• Leads preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
• Collects downtime data and PM checklists for analysis.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment using 5S methods.
• Allocates parts and manages MRO costs.
• Reports on performance and development of team members.
