Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate department-specific functions across one or more shifts, prioritizing work and assigning tasks.
• Develop daily department schedule and ensure maintenance tasks meet cost, quality and safety standards.
• Verify employee hours worked in Kronos and maintain records.
• Lead preventive maintenance program development for equipment, documenting procedures.
