Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks across shifts.
• Prioritize work and assign routine and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks per priorities.
• Verify employee hours in Kronos timekeeping system.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Provide technical support to maintenance crews and project leaders.
• Maintain machinery per manufacturer specs.
• Provide feedback to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor department quality and communicate standards.
• Train and develop employees and assist hiring processes.
• Maintain training records for staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to prevent production issues.
• Lead special projects and oversee contracted maintenance work.
• Report on PM program execution, uptime, and budget.
