Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Machine Maintenance Lead for the 2nd shift in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining all pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems, performing preventative maintenance, training staff, and supporting reliability programs.

The candidate should have at least 6 months of mechanic experience or have completed an industrial maintenance program, with the ability to work overtime and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Follow all documented procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment for RTE side operations throughout the plant.
• Perform and complete preventive maintenance work.
• Run machine shop equipment.
• Provide guidance and training to machine maintenance mechanics, including cross-training.
