Job summary

Mactac North America in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for off-shift responsibilities, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role leads hourly maintenance staff to meet safety, quality, and cost targets while aligning with Production.

You will manage CMMS (EMaint), develop work schedules, and provide technical guidance across the plant. Strong statistical analysis and project-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of maintenance experience in a coating & converting manufacturing environment desired.
• Supervisor experience in a maintenance environment required.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance and Production Operations to meet safety, quality, service and cost objectives.
• Monitor daily maintenance issues and coordinate emergency repairs with Production personnel.
• Manage the CMMS (EMaint) and schedule Maintenance Department employees.
• Provide technical resources and guidance for projects, repairs, and modifications to meet codes and standards (NEC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA).
• Lead design discussions focused on Reliability and Maintainability; track metrics to improve equipment performance.
• Drive condition-based monitoring using vibration, oil analysis, and thermography; mentor maintenance staff.
