Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Manager for its Phoenix, AZ plant. Lead maintenance and engineering functions, manage capital projects, and ensure safe, cost-efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

You will supervise engineers, technicians and hourly staff, coordinate with R&D and Central Engineering, and drive productivity while meeting regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance or engineering.
• Experience leading maintenance and engineering teams and managing capital projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, environmental permits and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant maintenance and engineering functions.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, equipment uptime and parts inventory.
• Justify and manage capital projects within budget and schedule.
• Supervise engineers, technicians and hourly maintenance staff.
• Interface with other departments to improve safety and productivity.
