The role focuses on improving maintenance performance through project-related tasks and best practices, with about 30% travel and standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Required is a B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years in plant maintenance, emphasizing preventive programs and major project planning.

• Proven ability to standardize maintenance programs across multiple sites.
• Strong analytic skills for maintenance performance monitoring.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
• Ability to coordinate equipment installation and project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Standardizes preventive and predictive maintenance programs across CCM operations.
• Institutes preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinates equipment installation for department projects.
• Monitors downtime events and coordinates assistance as needed.
• Troubleshoots production equipment and processes.
• Engages with maintenance staff across facilities to drive improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
