Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead plant maintenance activities in Arizona. You will coordinate maintenance staff, manage work orders, parts inventory, and budgets to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, CPMS, PM scheduling, and reporting. You will respond to emergencies, enforce safety, and ensure smooth cross-department communication daily.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety/compliance.
• Maintenance procedures for pumps, valves, motors, conveyors.
• Electrical circuits, instrumentation up to 480V and transmitters calibration.
• Understanding of PID loops and PLC programming.
• Experience with a CMMS and scheduling work orders/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support maintenance personnel to complete workload and schedule tasks.
• Maintain requests for parts and assemble spare parts inventory.
• Respond to plant emergencies 24/7 and take immediate action.
• Enforce safety procedures and delegate tasks to staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and assist Plant Manager with decisions.
• Assist with annual maintenance budget and communicate variances.
• Coordinate shut downs and CPMS scheduling for PM tasks.
• Perform duties of CPMS Coordinator and prepare reports.
• Provide weekly and expenditure reports for ongoing projects.
