FORVIA in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager to oversee series production, drive continuous improvement, and ensure readiness for new programs. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in production with manufacturing engineering exposure, 3+ years in leadership, a Master’s degree in engineering, and proficiency

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in production, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles
• Master level engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Trained in Forvia/ Faurecia Excellence and program management
• Strong financial, budgeting and investment planning skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure that series production meets customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement in ME and maintenance
• Ensure plant readiness to launch new programs and SOPs
• Manage budgets, CAPEX planning and external partners
• Consolidate ME KPIs and report to leadership
• Support RFQ inputs for manufacturing feasibility
• Lead and develop ME and maintenance teams and training programs
