Forvia seeks an experienced production engineering leader to ensure series production aligns with customer requirements and drive continuous improvement. You will manage plant readiness for new programs, report ME indicators, and support budgeting and external collaborations.

Role requires 5+ years in production, 3+ years in leadership, and a Master in engineering. Strong English, financial acumen, and international mindset are essential for success at a global automotive leader.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in production area including Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Master degree in engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System.
• Experience in program launch.
• Proficient level of English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure series production meets customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure plant readiness to launch successful programs.
• Manage and report ME indicators.
• Support engineering change management and budgeting.
• Monitor capacity utilization and coordinate external work.
• Participate in division industrial strategy and RFQ inputs.
• Consolidate ME indicators and drive corrective actions.
