Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a 1-year onsite contract in Gleason, TN to oversee maintenance activities and ensure efficient plant operations.

You will develop work packages, optimize sequencing and scheduling, coordinate maintenance metrics, and drive continuous improvement of the work management system. Travel and shift work may be required, and a security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Substantial plant or related experience.
• Ability to coordinate information from multiple sources and stakeholders.
• Experience with work planning, scheduling, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience training employees on work management systems.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop work packages and optimize sequencing and scheduling.
• Drive strategic development and continuous improvement of the work management system.
• Prepare and update maintenance procedures and instructions.
• Train employees on the work management system.
• Coordinate resources among plant forces, partners, or contractors.
• Supervise employees and contractors as needed.
