Requires strong logistics knowledge, Lean/Kai zen experience, and bilingual Korean/English. The role offers a full-time schedule with a focus on accuracy, safety, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and material flow management.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities.
• Experience supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving and storage, ensuring quantity and condition accuracy.
• Deliver materials to production lines and support production schedules.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and verify quantities and shipping docs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in training and compliance.
• Summarize daily status and assist in preparing reports; track KPIs.
