Job summary

frontline network systems, inc. in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse/Logistics Associate to oversee inbound receiving, storage, and outbound shipments.

The role supports production lines, manages inventory, and ensures accurate documentation within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse and inventory control knowledge, KPI tracking, Lean/Kaizen exposure, and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities.
• Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to generate reports.
• Fluent English and Korean required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving processes and ensure quantity and condition accuracy.
• Place materials in storage locations accurately and efficiently.
• Manage storage, labeling, and internal material flow.
• Deliver materials to production lines as instructed and monitor supply.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time schedule adherence.
• Verify shipment quantities before release and ensure shipping docs accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in on-the-job training.
• Review shipping instructions and communicate with on-site teams.
• Summarize daily status and assist in reports.
• Track KPIs and identify inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
