Job summary

FNS is hiring for a Full Time Logistics Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee inbound receipt, storage, and material flow, while delivering materials to production and coordinating outbound shipments.

You will lead warehouse teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and monitor KPIs to improve processes. The role requires strong logistics knowledge, experience with WMS, and bilingual Korean and English abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and material flow management.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and coordinating with production.
• Proficiency with inventory control practices and WMS software.
• Comfort generating reports in Excel/PowerPoint and tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & material receiving, storage, and labeling.
• Produce line support, ensuring timely material supply to production lines.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and verify quantities and docs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in on-the-job training.
• Summarize daily status and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
