Job summary

FNS, located in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring for a full-time logistics role. The position covers inbound Receiving, production line support, outbound, inventory control, and safety compliance. The role requires bilingual Korean/English, strong organizational skills, and experience leading warehouse teams.

The base pay range is $48,000–$55,000 annually, with compensation dependent on experience and qualifications. This on-site role offers comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities is preferred.
• Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Material Receiving & Storage: oversee receiving, ensure quantity/condition accuracy, manage storage and flow.
• Production Line Support: deliver materials, ensure timely supply, monitor consumption, assist production teams.
• Outbound Assistance: verify shipment quantities, coordinate outbound shipments, confirm docs.
• Inventory Control: conduct counts, report discrepancies, maintain accuracy via cycle counts.
• Safety: follow guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Additional Duties: review shipping instructions, respond to inquiries, summarize daily status, track KPIs.
