Job summary

FNS, a leading logistics provider, is hiring in Phoenix, AZ for a Full Time Warehouse Lead role. You will oversee inbound receiving, production line support, outbound shipments, and inventory control while championing safety and continuous improvement.

We seek candidates with strong knowledge of logistics operations, WMS, KPI tracking, Lean/Kaizen, and prior supervision of warehouse teams; bilingual Korean/English is required. Base pay $50,000–$65,000 with a $6/hour night shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities.
• Experience supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices and WMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Material Receiving & Storage: oversee receiving, ensure accuracy, and store materials.
• Production Line Support: deliver materials and support production schedules.
• Outbound Assistance: verify shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries.
• Inventory Control: regular counts, report discrepancies, maintain accuracy.
• Safety: follow safety guidelines and participate in training.
• Additional Duties: interpret shipping instructions, prepare reports, track KPIs and identify inefficiencies.
