Job summary

Sabert Corporation seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the plant and warehouse, shaping value stream maps, Hoshin Planning, and daily management systems to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

You will mentor teams, develop metrics, and secure leadership buy-in for CI projects while coaching others to adopt Sabert’s operating principles. This role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering or related field.
• Lean Certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in manufacturing or distribution with Lean transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes continuous improvement efforts across plant and warehouse.
• Leads educational initiatives to develop operational excellence skills.
• Identifies and eliminates waste, drives Lean processes, and improves safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Collaborates with leadership to define and manage improvement projects and resources.
• Mentors teams to adopt Lean principles and Sabert Operating Principles.
• Develops and reports operational excellence metrics for the site.
