Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field required; or five years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or other directly relevant operational experience.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Define problems, establish scope, gather data, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Coach teams in structured problem-solving and sustainment of improved processes.
• Collect and analyze operational data to drive problem resolution and verify results.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and other functions to ensure compliance and safety.
