Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement in manufacturing
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive a plant-wide CI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead deployment of LMS and 80/20 improvement across the organization.
• Own TAKT requirements and achieve 98%+ on-time delivery.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
• Train and mentor employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Track KPI with Daily Management System and data analytics.
