Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of chillers for data centers in a fast-paced plant. You will focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create and maintain work instructions, and participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or strong co‑op/internship experience.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Other job duties as assigned.
