Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process optimization across a data center chillers manufacturing plant. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, deploy a Lean Management System, and partner with operations, engineering and supply chain to transform performance while sustaining gains.

The role requires 5+ years in CI/Lean manufacturing, strong cross-functional leadership, and expertise with ERP/MES systems and data

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and related methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering, and production systems (HVAC/refrigeration preferred).
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, data analytics tools, and process automation technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment of Lean Management System and Daily Management focused on 80/20 improvements.
• Develop plant-wide CI roadmap aligning with business goals and efficiency.
• Create and maintain Ideal state Value Stream Map and transformation plan.
• Achieve 98%+ OT D to meet customer schedules using tools like Kanban, line balancing and standard work.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to optimize processes and reduce variability.
• Develop and deploy daily management for KPI tracking and data-driven decisions.
