Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Grand Prairie, Texas seeks a strategic Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives across the data center chillers plant, driving daily management, value stream mapping and standard work to improve throughput and quality.

You will coach cross-functional teams, advance a plant-wide CI roadmap, deploy ERP/MES analytics, and realize cost reductions through waste elimination and energy efficiency while building a culture of

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing or operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering, and production systems—preferably HVAC/refrigeration.
Experience with ERP/MES systems, data analytics tools, and process automation technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of Lean Management System rooted in Daily Management and 80/20 improvement.
Develop and drive a plant-wide CI roadmap aligning with business goals and improving efficiency.
Create and implement Ideal state Value Stream Maps and transformation plans for the site.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to optimize processes and reduce variability.
Implement standard work, automation opportunities and best practices for sustainable improvements.
