Job summary

MLC is seeking a Plant Leader to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations at the Weirton facility. You will lead plant personnel, develop technical capabilities, and deliver continuous improvement across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, improving reliability, mentoring teams, overseeing capital projects, and tracking KPIs to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a plant setting and drive safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve reliability and process stability.
• Provide leadership and development for production, maintenance, and process teams.
• Oversee capital projects from justification to completion.
• Set and monitor KPIs to achieve goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
