The role requires proven leadership in process manufacturing, focus on reliability and KPI improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, with 5+ years of supervisory experience. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Weirton, WV.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve reliability, process stability, and performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for production, maintenance, and process teams.
• Oversee capital projects from justification to implementation and completion.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and environmental safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
