You will lead plant personnel, develop technical capabilities, oversee projects, and deliver continuous improvement across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction, with cross-functional collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead a team to drive safety, quality, and productivity in a plant.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve reliability and performance.
• Provide leadership and development for production, maintenance, and process teams.
• Oversee projects from planning to completion and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve reliability, process stability, and operational performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for production, maintenance, and process teams.
• Oversee capital projects from justification and planning through implementation and successful completion.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, environmental regulations, MSHA, OSHA, and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting, and operational excellence programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance, engineering, production, logistics, and business objectives.
