Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Hampton Structures Facility seeks a senior operations leader to oversee all business aspects of the plant, driving safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost improvements. You will partner with Segment Leadership to implement strategic plans and develop new market opportunities, while coordinating HR, EHS, and Finance to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading P&L for a plant or facility.
• Strong Lean/continuous improvement background.
• Proven ability to coach and develop talent and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all business aspects of the Hampton Structures Facility.
• Ensure compliance with EHS rules and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement through regular meetings and communications.
• Partner with Segment Leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Support development of new market opportunities from proposal to realization.
• Coordinate hiring and headcount planning with HR.
• Collaborate with EHS to reduce risks and environmental impact.
• Coordinate with Finance to achieve P&L targets.
• Oversee Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Maintenance to ensure quality, delivery, productivity and cost improvements.
• Direct monthly business reviews with Senior Management.
• Develop customer understanding and maintain customer relations.
• Establish growth and external gross profit criteria and monitor results.
