Job summary

You will oversee engineering, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance, while advancing lean processes and safety in a 24/7 operation. You will partner with segment leadership to shape strategy, deliver results, and expand capabilities with a focus on cost reduction, productivity, and reliable delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, manufacturing, or business.
• Minimum 12 years of manufacturing experience with 8+ years in leadership.
• Experience with financial P&L, manufacturing excellence, and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage all business aspects of the Hampton Structures Facility.
• Ensure compliance with EHS rules and maintain high employee engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with Segment Leadership; pursue new market opportunities.
• Coordinate hiring plans with HR and collaborate with Finance to achieve P&L targets.
• Direct oversight of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance; drive on-time delivery, productivity, and cost improvement.
• Lead monthly business reviews with senior management and maintain customer relations.
