Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a Plant Manager for the Oklahoma City facility to provide strategic direction and oversee all manufacturing and support functions. You will lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives while cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing leadership with experience in diverse manufacturing environments, strong ERP/MRP skills, and a focus on employee development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a plant management or senior operations leadership role.
• Experience in precision manufacturing environments and regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including manufacturing, planning and scheduling, quality, maintenance, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and related support functions.
• Establish production priorities and allocate resources to meet customer demand, capacity requirements, and business objectives.
• Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure prioritization.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
