Job summary

RBC Bearings, a global leader in precision bearings, seeks a Plant Manager for its Oklahoma City facility. You will provide strategic direction, oversee manufacturing and support functions, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

You will manage budgets, lead continuous improvement, and develop talent while ensuring ISO/compliance and on-time delivery to customers in regulated industries. A strong background in manufacturing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading manufacturing operations and achieving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital project evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including manufacturing, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Set production priorities and allocate resources to meet demand and objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across the plant.
