Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the plant's maintenance team and activities in North Salt Lake, UT. You will supervise daily operations, troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and drive a safe, reliable production environment.

Responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with the Plant Manager, maintaining spare parts inventory, and developing staff through coaching and training to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or equivalent.
• Experience repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and controls equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and activities in the plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Monitor preventative maintenance program and PM schedules.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to prioritize production needs.
• Manage spare parts inventory for critical spares and PMs.
• Provide leadership through coaching and scheduling.
