The position requires supervising shifts, enforcing MSHA rules, training staff, and coordinating maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in aggregates industry.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or progressive leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of plant components and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize employee shifts to meet production goals.
• Input on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Train new hires on plant systems and safety.
• Complete daily production, safety, and maintenance reports.
• Enforce MSHA and internal safety standards.
• Inspect work areas for hazards and housekeeping.
• Lead daily safety meetings and promote Guardian Angel culture.
• Operate plant machinery as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to schedule repairs.
• Maintain professional plant appearance and product quality.
• Assist management in long-term mining and production forecasts.
• Identify and order essential parts to minimize downtime.
