Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervision.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and work evenings if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial cleaning sites.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, floor scrubbing, and forklift operations.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work.
• Train and guide team members on cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding site-specific needs or requests.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding any site-specific needs, concerns, or special requests
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational requirements

Requirements

• Required management or supervisory experience
• Preferred experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and forklift operations
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings if needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shit's duration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
