Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is seeking a hands-on On-site Supervisor to lead cleaning crews in Richland, MS. You will supervise, perform cleaning duties, and ensure quality on every site.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, strong attention to detail, reliable scheduling, and the ability to train staff while maintaining safety standards and professional client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work evenings or overnights.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside cleaning crew during shifts at client sites.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash removal).
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Train and guide team members on cleaning techniques, chemical usage, safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients about site needs and requests.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
