Responsibilities

• Support a multi-shift operation in a manufacturing plant.
• Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, OS, and end-user productivity tools.
• Interface with Business IT to prioritize improvements.
• Support Plant Floor Systems / PDO teams in incident resolution and escalations.
• Assist team lead with managing assignments and workload.
• Develop, maintain, and share accurate support documentation.
