Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a Site Digital Technology Leader to drive end-to-end IT and OT operations at a manufacturing site or distribution center, ensuring critical applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently with resilience and compliance.

You will lead digital transformation, security posture, and cross-functional collaboration, while being ready to work across U.S. plant locations to support always-on operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or in Spring/Summer 2027, in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• Incident management, organizational change, and problem management.
• Knowledge of network operations or application management.
• Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support cyber security programs.

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: drive digital master plan, align investments with priorities, lead projects and improve efficiency across teams.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: deploy and enforce security strategy, manage risk and ensure compliance and a defense-in-depth posture.
