Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is desirable.
• Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in IT Operations, IT Systems, and Technical Support is desirable.
• Desired Certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure reliability and performance of plant IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor IT systems and networks to identify performance issues, security threats, and operational risks.
• Support the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure in coordination with the Network Operations Team.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems and company data.
• Assist with software application configuration and maintenance to meet operational needs.
• Maintain accurate asset records by updating the inventory tracking system.
• Conduct initial user training or orientation on IT systems and best practices.
• Ensure IT operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
