Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Plant Applications & Infrastructure Specialist to support technology systems enabling safe, reliable plant operations. You will be the main contact for plant users, handling OT/IT environments and collaborating with operations, engineering, and IT teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering Tech or equivalent experience and 3+ years in industrial settings, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing plant IT/OT environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware/software and supporting end-user tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for plant HMI systems and operator workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support AV equipment, conference rooms, and digital signage.
• Coordinate incident resolution and escalations with IT/DT teams.
• Assist with deployment and replacement of end-user computing equipment.
• Ensure cybersecurity, safety, and operational standards are followed.
