Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with process optimization, production efficiency, and layout design.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their practical application.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant layouts, production lines, and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
