Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering or technician role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software and statistical analysis tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process enhancements and technology implementations.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing production costs, improving lead times, and enhancing product quality.
• Work with Sales, Engineering and Production on the development and introduction of new products
• Provide general engineering support to production, quality and maintenance operations to ensure plant productivity objectives are met
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and SOPs.
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools and techniques to streamline operations and eliminate waste; provide training and support to production on new processes and equipment.
