Job summary

Connexa Search Group in Bend, Oregon is seeking a hands-on Plant HR Manager to support a small multi-site operation across Oregon, Washington, and Canada. You will own day-to-day HR, lead benefits, onboarding, employee relations, and recruiting, while aligning with site leadership.

The role requires experience in manufacturing HR, a Bachelor's in HR/Business, and the ability to operate independently. Travel to Washington state is occasional.

The Connexa Search Group is working with a manufacturer of specialized aircraft systems in Bend, Oregon on a confidential search for a Plant HR Manager.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands‑on, plant‑level HR role supporting a small multi‑site operation across Oregon, Washington, and Canada. The company has grown through acquisition and needs a Plant HR Manager who can embed in the operation, build relationships on the floor, handle all things recruiting, and execute. No big team to manage. No corporate bureaucracy. You own it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations across multiple facilities
• Lead benefits administration and open enrollment

• Partner with managers on performance and development

WHAT YOU BRING

• Manufacturing HR experience, required
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Solid foundation across core HR functions: benefits, compliance, employee relations, recruiting
• Experience with HRIS a plus
• Independent operator who knows when to figure it out and when to elevate
• Patient, collaborative, and able to build trust in a small, tight‑knit operation

COMPENSATION

Salary depends on experience, $80,000 to $120,000 base salary + Company Stock.
