True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an on-site HR Business Partner for a consumer products plant in the Pittsburgh region (Oakmont, PA). You will serve as the go-to HR resource for roughly 80 employees, partnering with plant management and spending real time on the production floor.

The long-term plan is for this role to grow into HR oversight across multiple sites. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in manufacturing HR; relocation not offered; local candidates only.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; adaptable candidates considered.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single HR contact for a plant of ~80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders on employee relations and performance conversations.
• Partner with corporate HR on labor relations and grievances.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
• Maintain visibility on the production floor for staff access.
