Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Williamsport, PA facility. This role partners with plant leadership to shape a high-performance culture, strengthen engagement, and deliver HR solutions that drive business success.

The HRBP will coach leaders, manage compliance, and drive talent development while supporting shop-floor operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (PHR/SPHR certification preferred).
• Proven success in employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Workday, ADP and Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise plant leadership on employee relations, engagement, and organizational strategy.
• Lead on-site HR team development and ensure effective service delivery.
• Coach frontline supervisors to support operational excellence and succession planning.
• Oversee talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive workforce planning to forecast staffing needs and identify skill gaps.
• Develop and implement internal communications to foster alignment and engagement.
