Job summary

Prysmian, Williamsport, PA, is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic leader supporting HR operations at the Williamsport facility. You will partner with plant leadership to shape a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and deliver HR solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coach leaders, manage compliance, and develop talent while collaborating with finance on labor cost planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (PHR/SPHR certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting tools (Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Advise plant leadership on employee relations, engagement, and organizational strategy.
• Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of the plant.
• Lead change management efforts to support business transformation and organizational resilience.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to drive improved outcomes and compliance.
