Job summary

Waaree Solar Americas in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for a new solar module manufacturing site, aligning with corporate policies and building a high-performing, engaged workforce.

You will partner with site leadership to implement workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, payroll, training, performance management, and compliance with FMLA/ADA/EEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business administration, or similar field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience, manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Arizona employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR setup for the Goodyear site, including workforce planning, policy implementation, recruitment support, onboarding.
• Advises employees and managers on HR matters to ensure fair policy application and positive experience.
• Partners with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain production, maintenance, and support staff.
• Administers benefits programs (health, retirement, leave) and assists with enrollment/inquiries/claims.
• Coordinates onboarding, creates presentations, manages onboarding in HRIS, and conducts orientations.
• Assists with payroll/HRIS integration and administration.
• Coaches management on HR and business issues as needed.
• Implements training programs for skill growth, leadership, and safety.
• Guides leaders through performance management and corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage/hour laws.
• Maintains HR records and data accuracy in HRIS (e.g., UKG).
• Promotes collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
• Other duties as assigned.
