Job summary

OMCO Solar, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is hiring a Human Resources Manager for our Phoenix, AZ facility to lead the full spectrum of plant HR functions and develop the HR team. You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership to align workforce strategies with operations and drive engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, with Dayforce or similar HRIS experience preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 7 years of HR experience.
• Experience leading an HR team and partnering with plant leadership.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, policy development, and compliance.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and HR documentation skills.
• Experience with Dayforce or another HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's HR function and HR team in alignment with operational goals.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing.
• Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and HR policies.
• Manage performance, compensation, benefits, and payroll data integrity.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce effectiveness and plant performance.
• Drive employee engagement and an inclusive workplace.
