NOVAres is seeking a hands-on HR Manager for the Howell facility to partner with operations, strengthen employee relations, and drive HR processes. The role suits a Senior HR Generalist ready to broaden leadership or an early-career HR manager who enjoys partnering with employees and operations.

You will support day-to-day HR functions, impact staffing, engagement, and HR policy execution, while gaining exposure to plant HR operations and compliance within the US labor framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/fast-paced operations preferred.
• Ability to coach supervisors and communicate clearly at all levels.
• Comfort using HR data and systems to identify issues and drive follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Partner with operations to address workforce needs and HR metrics.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, retention, and performance management for hourly and salaried employees.
• Provide guidance on attendance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations through fact-finding and documentation.
• Review turnover and engagement to identify trends and improve workforce plans.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with US labor laws.
