OMCO Solar, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will lead the full spectrum of plant HR functions, manage the HR team, and partner with leadership to align workforce strategies with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience with Dayforce or another HRIS system.
• Ability to lead and develop an HR team while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
• Strong communication and HR documentation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage change and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's HR function and HR team, partnering with Plant Manager and leaders on workforce needs and priorities.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to support staffing requirements and goals.
• Guide employee relations, handling complex workplace concerns, grievances, and manager coaching.
• Support compliance with laws; maintain HR policies, oversee investigations, and consult with legal counsel.
• Lead performance management and employee development, including evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs while ensuring payroll accuracy in HR systems.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and an inclusive workplace with leadership alignment.
